✅ 졸업 사진 대여 기간은 1박 2일 입니다.
* 반납 시간이 늦어지는 경우 지각비 또는 연체료가 부과될 수 있으니 꼭 반납 시간을 지켜주세요.
* 오후 6시 이후에 방문하게 될 경우 오후 6시 전에 미리 연락 부탁 드립니다.
* 운영 종료 후 한복 반납은 어려우며, 대여권이 자동으로 연장되며, 연장에 대한 추가금 발생하고 있습니다.

✅ 네이버로 예약할 경우 30분 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.
* 현장 결제 시 30분 서비스는 제공되지 않으며, 네이버로 예약할 때만 30분 서비스 포함되어 제공됩니다.
* 해당 서비스는 매장에 있는 전통한복/스페셜한복/캐릭터한복/갈래치마 네이버 결제 시 적용됩니다. (블랙라벨 한복은 제외됨)

✅ 네이버에서 낮은 금액대의 한복으로 예약하시면, 매장에서 차액 결제 후에 한복 변경 가능합니다.
* 높은 금액대의 한복을 결제 할 경우, 낮은 금액대의 한복으로 변경이 어렵습니다.
✅ 메이크업은 따로 해드리지 않고 있습니다.
* 메이크업 예약은 한복 촬영 고객님들에 한해서 제휴업체 예약 필요하신 경우 안내 도와드리고 있습니다.
✅ 시간 추가 가능합니다.
* 이용 시간 추가할 경우, 대여권이 변경됩니다.
그에 따른 추가 비용 발생하고, 한복 반납 때 추가 비용을 현장 결제해주세요.
대여 시간 만료 전에 고객센터로 고객님 정보와 추가 대여 시간 알려주셔야 합니다.
[고객정보: 예약자 이름, 이용 중인 매장, 이용 중인 대여 시간, 몇 시간 대여로 변경 원하시는지 알려주세요]
예) 2시간 대여권일 때, 추가하는 시간에 따라 4시간 대여권 또는 종일권으로 변경 / 현장에서 차액을 결제 해주세요.

* 네이버 예약하시거나 매장 방문하시는 고객님들은 1호점 [경복궁점]으로 방문해주세요.
* 2호점은 워크인 외국인 고객님들이 주로 방문하고, 1호점 매장이 더 넓습니다.
* 경복궁 야간 개장 기간 동안 2호점에서만 야간 대여가 진행되므로, 야간 대여 고객님은 2호점으로 방문해주세요.
