* 이용하실 고객에 한하여 대여하실 한복 1벌을 무료로 입어볼 수 있습니다.
* 피팅을 통해 한복 입는 것을 도와드리고 있으며, 개인의 몸에 맞춰 입혀드리니 부담 없이 방문하셔도 됩니다.
✅ 피팅비 발생하는 경우
* 추가로 입어보실 경우 피팅비 5,000원이 발생합니다.
* 한복 피팅 후, 대여하지 않을 경우에도 피팅비 5,000원을 받고 있습니다.
✅ 졸업사진 대여 전에 방문
* 졸업사진 대여 전에 방문하셔서 한복을 둘러보실 수 있습니다.
✅ 졸업사진 대여 전에 한복 지정 예약
* 한복은 지정 예약이 어렵기 때문에 대여하시는 날 방문하셔서 한복을 고르셔 합니다.
* 오전 일찍 방문하시면, 다양한 한복들을 보실 수 있습니다.
✅ 직접 반납
* 매장 방문하셔서 오후 6시까지 반납 완료해주시면 됩니다.
✅ 퀵 반납
* 직접 퀵 접수를 하셔서, 오후 6시까지 매장에 반납 완료 (퀵 도착) 해주시면 됩니다.
* 퀵비는 선불로 내주셔야 합니다.
✅ 택배 반납
* 택배 반납은 한복 1벌 당 [추가금 1만원]이 발생합니다.
* 택배비는 택배 보내실 때 [선불]로 내주셔야 합니다.
* 대여하실 때, 매장 카운터에서 [택배 반납] 하신다고 알려주세요.
* 반납 일 오후 6시까지 [고객센터]로 [운송장번호와 택배회사]를 알려주세요.
* 반납 일에 [운송장번호]가 전달되지 않을 경우 [연체금]이 발생합니다.
* 매장 반납에서 택배 반납으로 변경 원하실 경우, [고객센터]로 연락 주시면 택배 반납으로 변경해드립니다.
* 매장한복을 [방문 반납]에서 [택배 반납]으로 변경 시, [한복 1벌]당 [추가금 1만원씩] 발생하며,
계좌이체로 추가금 결제 안내 도와드리고 있습니다/
✅ 학생증 또는 나이를 알 수 있는 서류를 지참한 경우, 대리 대여 가능합니다.
✅ 대여하는 인원 수만큼 방문하지 않으셔도 되며, 대표로 방문하셔서 한복 대여 및 픽업 가능합니다.
✅ 친구와 함께 방문
* 일행 중 일부만 학생증 지참해도 대여 가능합니다.
✅ 혼자 방문
* 학생증이나 졸업 학생임을 증명할 수 있는 서류가 필요합니다. [등본, 여권]
* 학생증 대신에 학생 서류 제출 시, 부모님 신분증이 필요합니다.
* 신분증 제출 못할 때는 신분증을 찍은 사진으로 대체 할 수 있습니다.
✅ 부직포 가방에 한복을 담아드립니다.
* 여성 한복의 경우 부피가 있기 때문에 부직포 가방 1개에 한복 1벌~2벌정도 들어갑니다.
